33jljl Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1Eligibility

To register and use the 33jljl platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your membership:

2Account Registration

Each person may hold only one account on the33jljl platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your name or a different identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all related accounts.

Accurate Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and Conditions and may constitute fraud under Philippine law.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your 33jljl login credentials — username and password — confidential. Do not share your account details with anyone, including family members. Void Bets and Refunds

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in circumstances including: event cancellation, technical errors in odds that are materially incorrect, or game interruption before a result can be determined. Void bets are credited back to your balance within 24 hours of the determination.

PBA and Sports Betting Specifics

For PBA and other sports markets, all bets are settled based on official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. 7Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 33jljl platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referal to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts under any identity
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors for financial gain — any winings from such exploits are void
• Collusion with other players in poker, live casino, or any competitive game format
• Money laundering, or using the 33jljl platform to process funds from illegal activities
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 33jljl staff or other members via chat or communication channels
• Attempting to access parts of the platform or other members' accounts without authorization

8Account Suspension and Closure

33jljl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice in cases where immediate action is necessary to protect the platform or other members.

If your account is suspended for investigation, your balance will be placed on hold until the review is complete. If no violation is found, your account will be reinstated and your balance restored. If a violation is confirmed, any remaining balance after deducting forfeited bonuses and disputed winnings will be returned to your registered payment method.

You may also close your own33jljl account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closures are processed within two business days, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned via your registered withdrawal method.
